Claudia Gordilho

Claudia is an interdisciplinary professional with a diverse background in law, digital media, and 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. Passionate about creativity, critical thinking, and education, she explores how technology can support and enhance creative workflows while addressing its broader social and ethical implications. A recent graduate of the Master of Digital Media program at Toronto Metropolitan University, her Major Research Project identified key elements of AI literacy to prepare Creative School students for the future of work. Drawing on her experience across the fashion value chain, Claudia offers a unique perspective on how digital systems—from asset management to content creation—can more effectively support creative professionals. She is committed to helping students and organizations respond thoughtfully to change and develop digital strategies that align with both creative objectives and human-centered values.
